Place is run down for the price. Rent goes up but nothing gets fixed. The pipes leak and the gnats are horrible. There is also a bedbug issue that doesn’t go away.

I lived here for a little over 2 years and it was by no means a bad place to live. The apartment manager is fairly easy going as long as you are honest and communicate any problems clearly and quickly, she is willing to work with you. Pet friendly complex. Clean and quiet grounds, not ideal for a party crowd. No dumping. Maintenance is friendly and prompt to solve the issue. All in all, respect the property and the Manager, and they will respect you in return.

We've lived here for almost 2 years and have never had any problems. We have a 2/2 that was remodeled, spacious rooms and closets. When there is a maintenance issue it's been fixed quickly. All the staff has been helpful and nice. They even came out during the ice storm to put down salt. Management was very kind and understanding about my dogs, especially my new puppy that barked at night when crate training. It's a very comfortable place to live.

We moved from out of state and this is the first time living in an apartment, from day one it has been a joy to live here and it has been over 5 years. It's quiet, the neighbors are nice. We have never had an issue with any of the staff. The manager is kind and polite, maintenance takes care of issues quickly. Also very pet friendly.
