Oak Tree Apartments

We lived at Oak Tree for 3 years of undergrad on the second floor and loved it! Anytime there was an issue Dave responded back quickly and maintenance was often able to come the following day to help fix any problem. The location is a perfect walk or bus ride (the stop is right out front) to the UW campus and is close to the stadium for game days. They have been doing a lot of renovations and updates during our time at Oak Tree, with just recently redoing the parking lot in the back.

I dreaded coming home from classes to this apartment. Spend the extra $100 to live somewhere else, trust me. - He hires a lot of tenants, myself included. (most of the 5 stars you see are probably getting cheaper rent this month for posting) - There are 2 washers and dryers for each floor you have to share and pay an excessive amount for (15 units in each floor, about 50 people total- if not more) - My wifi cuts out about 3 times a day, along with other residents as well (my neighbors in a different apartment right down the street have no issue with the same provider) Canvas exams will crash and timeout because of it by the way. - You can hear every word your neighbors speak out loud from every floor, wall and ceiling - Apartment was not cleaned before I moved in at all. Lived at Oak Tree from Aug 2020 to Aug 2022. Initially I was timid to sign here due to many mediocre reviews of this place. However, my friends and I gave it a shot. One reason why my friends and I gave it a shot was because of how affordable it is (when split among roommates) with the amenities it has. We had a renovated unit with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Im pretty sure washer/dryer are only in select units so make sure to ask if there any of those units available if you’re interested. The management is responsive and helps any maintenance request no matter how small. I haven’t had any issues with bedbugs or anything of that matter. I haven’t heard any issues of bedbugs since they renovated the apartments. After two years of renting, I’m glad to have stayed at Oak Tree.

I recently stayed at oak tree and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were helpful to the few problem I have encountered, and the location was perfect for me. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I’ve lived at Oak Tree for this past year and it’s been great. Management was communicative about the roach issue, but we didn’t have any in our apartment. Dave in the office has been helpful whenever we’ve needed anything fixed and the maintenance guy (Josh?) is very friendly.
