Oak Run Apartments

I had a great experience at Oak Run Apartments. The property is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and everything feels really organized. Richard was super helpful the whole time professional, patient, and always quick to answer questions. He made the whole process smooth and made sure I understood everything. You can tell he actually cares about the residents and the community. Definitely recommend Oak Run, especially if you get to work with Richard!

Moved here a month ago. My application process was seamless, a quiet neighborhood. Office Managers are very friendly & uses urgency when responding to any issues. Maintenance staff Mr. Edward & Mr. Yves are professional and reliable. The most I love about it here is kids can play safely and freely.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Between the roaches, unprofessional staff, slow moving maintenance, and unsupervised children it’s not worth it!! Nobody answers the phone either so have fun calling 1000x. I have been here a year AC unit broken 4 times, 3 of those in the summer at one point my home was over 80 degrees for 2-3 days They will lie and say pest control is mandatory every month. THEY HAVENT BEEN HERE IN ABOUT 5 months!! Not to mention they MOVED ME INTO A UNIT WITH BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. After a couple of months I realized that’s why my kids and I were constantly sick. It took more than a day to remove the moldy panels leaving debris in my tub and a hole above the shower where I could see into the unit above me. I could go on and on but I’ll stop there. I wouldn’t suggest u live here un

I am excited to move here! Chelsea is amazing and made this process seamless and clear. Denied at another apartment because of my income. But she helped me before I paid the fee.Other agents would just make you pay then deny you and waste your time. She was thoughtful and very knowledgeable about policy and I love that for her, being so serious about her work. You don’t find many in her generation who actually care.
