Oak River Properties

I believe Oak River Properties to be the best rental company I have come across in a long time. I have been renting from them for about three years now and I haven't had any problems. They are always polite and very personable if I call with an issue and they are quick to fix the problem. Oak River is not one of those overbearing type property management companies and respects your privacy. I always recommend Oak River to anyone who asks about renting. I have no problems and I will continue to rent from them.

I had made a review prior that was negative against Oak River Properties. However I would like to make things right with Oak River. The negativity that took place was with the landlord who was managing the property at the time should not have involved Oak River. What happened could not be controlled by Oak River, now a year later I am closing on a house and this company took the time to help with the process on such short notice. Not to mention on top of all the other properties they are tying to help after the destruction of Hurricane Irma. I am very grateful for there help and service.

Worst experience of my life. So unprofessional, disrespectful and horrible horrible employees. From the first day of move in with blood on the walls to needles in my lawn. The landlord had a record for felonies, they didn't seem to think it was appropriate to tell me . But found out she had been letting herself into my home without notifying me. Had a few hundred dollars missing out of my bedroom closet, tried to kick in my front door, had to call the cops multiple times . Such a disgusting and unreputable company. The house wasn't even legal to rent but the list goes on and on . Save yourself and your money.

Oak River properties has been a hugh help to us and very professional. Michele Has been very pleasant to deal with and found us a very comfortable home for a fair price I highly recommend Oak River Properties for your rental needs. John Conlon
