Paradise Title

Kim was amazing. She's knows her stuff and it's apparent. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will do business with again. Also, it's a beautiful 1919 brick building that makes you feel loved and welcome.

Kim at Paradise Title "is" amazing. There was an issue with the title, on a property we were purchasing, and within just a couple of weeks she was able to obtain title for us. We were very impressed with her knowledge AND skills. We will only use Paradise Title for our future property purchases.

I co-own Paradise Title, and would like to respond to the 4 bad reviews, which are all from the same person and/or person's family. The only mistake made was a typo in the street address number on the Warranty Deed. This address is for mailing the tax bill each year to the customer and can be changed anytime by sending in a change of address form. I called the property appraiser's office immediately and had it fixed in there computer system, which is the proper procedure for correcting the mistake. The customer wanted the Warranty Deed re-recorded to reflect the correction, which was not needed. So as you can see the huge mistake made was corrected once it was brought to my attention. We are human and mistakes do happen but this was a minor issue that was corrected immediately.
