Our journey began about three months ago when my girlfriend and I started looking to move to Sebastian. After hearing about this new community from friends and family who live in town, we decided to visit and from that very first trip we were blown away! My husband I purchased a home in This community. Mr. Freshwater explained the process throughout and kept us in the loop. Then we met Scott, the project manager and he was awesome with sending us photo updates and inviting us to walkthrough each phase of the home building process. Excellent company and these two were AMAZING to work with!

Recently, we signed a contract to have a home built in a very nice community. We had a great experience. Paula, our sales and marketing representative, always has a smile on her face and was extremely helpful during the entire process of looking at lots and explaining the building process. She answered all of our questions promptly. She continues to guide us through the building process with professionalism. She has went above & beyond for us during this process. Spirit of Sebastian is a beautiful community that my family are beyond excited to move into! There are a lot of choices, as well as beautiful homes in Vero Beach. Ryan Homes were the choice for me not just because of their beautiful (they are amazing), but due to our incomparable agent Michael Freshwater. Mike is the company’s greatest asset.
