Tim is an amazing realtor I would definitely recommend! My home buying experience was brutal everything fell through nothing was going right we had zero moves left and it appeared that we weren’t getting a house, that is until I contacted Tim and his team within a month or two they had successfully got me a new home loan and just like that we were closing on a house. He really looks out for his clients needs and goes out of his way to ensure everything is handled and taken care of. What a pleasant home buying experience this turned into.

Tim is the consummate professional. He is an expert on the area, having grown up there, is on top of everything and just such a kind human being. He sold my late father's house for top dollar in a softened market. I live out of state so it was a huge comfort that he seamlessly provided all needed services - clearing out the house, cleaning it, handing repairs, etc. He even made sure things that could be donated were given back to the local community instead of straight to the landfill. His assistant is great as well, following up to make sure I saw every docu-sign and always ready to answer questions. He is truly a concierge realtor who can handle every aspect. He took beautiful photos of the house, which he staged. He was there for me every step of the process at a time of immense grief.
