Oak Meadows

My family and I have lived in our neighborhood in Cocoa for the past year, and we couldn't be happier. We love the friendly atmosphere. The park is well-maintained and a perfect spot for our kids to play. We feel very safe here. The front office staff including Britney and Briana make work orders a breeze, plus, the proximity to the riverfront and easy access to local shops makes errands a breeze. I truly enjoy living here.

So happy I decided to call Oak Meadows my home! Brianna and Britney have been so helpful! They are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind! The grounds are beautifully kept! And Maintenance responds quickly and does a great job! Thank you ALL!

classic bait and switch. I responded to an ad at apartment living.com for a 1BR for $550. I thought the price was too good to be true but when I went to the Oak Meadows website-link provided by text from them- it also said $550. When I went to inquire in person because the online application wasn’t working, they said that was a “mistake.” The apt is actually $1019. How is that “affordable housing?”

I have called Oak Meadows seven times and sent emails with no response. I applied for an apartment with no response. I really like these apartments, and I hope this is not the way they treat people. I am a neighbor on the back side of this complex. Since they have added football stadium lights, it has overrun my quiet, serene backyard and the blinding lights go right into my bedroom. I talked to management to get the to put on a shield of some kind on the light to stop it. They told me I needed to contact regional management which i have done numerous times with no one calling me back. I have put up with their tenants shooting bb's at my windows, paintballs at my house and big rocks being hurled at my solar panels. I would just like a peaceful resolustion so I can sleep and enjoy my backyard without it being lit up like a prison yard!
