We had a great experience working with Oak Grove Realty during today’s massage event. Their team was welcoming, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate the opportunity and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Scummy people. They kept nearly all of my security deposit after moving out for a "cleaning fee" even though the apartment was left spotless. On other occasionas, they threatened to end our lease if we did not decide far, far in advance of our housing plans, even though we were legally on a month-to-month lease. Absolutely no respect for their tenants. The only positive is that the rent was affordable, but they're just an awful company.

I’ve rented with Oak Grove for around 2 years now- they have been the most amazing and responsive “landlord” ever. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly, all of the staff are incredibly nice, and they were willing to accept an application from me when I was in college and was only paying rent with my student loans. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have rented from Oak Grove for about 3 years. They have been wonderful. Any time there was an issue they were always quick to respond and send maintenance as needed. They were great about giving notice for things such as someone needing to come into the apartment. The pricing was especially fair. I would 100% rent from Oak Grove again if I ever plan on coming back to the area. The ladies that work there have always been so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to consider Oak Grove Realty.

I really enjoyed renting from Oak Grove Realty. Everything was clean and as listed when I moved in. If I had maintenance issues they were quick to send someone to help. We had a small issue with my security deposit and they were quick and helpful with fixing it. I’d recommend renting from them.
