needs better snow removal. a little update on improvement would recommend it for better living. also the inside of the homes need improvements. I know its costly but a good handy man can do all this. thanks

Be very careful here! Have rented from different places for over 10 years with no problems. They have not renewed multiple poeple’s lease, even when you pay rent on time. We were given a letter(after renting here 5+ yrs) we had 60 days and to drop our keys! In the dead of winter! My son was devestated!

Well I applied to this apartment and at first the manager seemed nice and friendly, except for when she made a racial comment that made me uncomfortable. But I went ahead and put in the application anyway because I loved the apartment, let's just say that today is day # 12 and no one has gotten back to me yet. I called them couple times and left about three voicemails and still no response from the rental office. call me crazy but these things usually take about three days for the background check and credit to get back, and if it's a yes or no you are still surpose to let the applicant know either way. VERY bad customer service!
