Oak Glen I & II Apartments

This place could be so much better. The place is filthy, often seeing dead mice in the hallways, trash in the halls non functioning lights, shady tenants, drug deals that happen in the parking lots, un supervised kids running around, and the police are often here on the regular. We have a pool, in which acts as a breeding ground for mosquitos we have holes in the doors which alow rodents in. Broken glass on the side walks and parking lots.

I stayed in Oak Glen for 3 years. It was a good and positive experience in these years. Maintenance service is outstanding and lease office staffs are very helpful. I'm satisfied.

I lived here for about a year and half and and this place has been nothing but great to me. I was almost homeless and explained my situation to the property manager Kellie they got me a one bedroom which was extremely affordable until I got on my feet and then moved into a 2 bedroom so I had room for my kids, and the maintenance team there make any situation a priority. By far one of the best places I’ve lived and the staff are really welcoming.

Steep entrance and exit to get to the parking area. During winter extremely hard to get out. Doesn’t get salted very well. Especially be so close to north canton. If you’re in the front apartments. You have to walk up the steep hills jut to enter thru the front facing Cleveland ave. If you’re in the apartments in the back. Only thing you have to worry about is getting out to the main road

Highly recommend not renting here. Maintenance and upkeep of the property is non-existent. Parking lot is like a lunar landscape, common areas are never cleaned, and interior walls have not been painted in years. The roofing and siding is falling off on most buildings. Have had a hole in my ceiling for three months that has not been fixed. Despite the abysmal upkeep of the property, the neighbors are very pleasant. Nonetheless, recommend looking elsewhere.
