Oak Glen Apartments

We’ve been touring several apartments lately, and our experience with Fatima was by far the best. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and gave us a very detailed tour of the amenities and units without allowing us to feel like just another prospect. Her customer service is top-notch, and she is a huge asset to the management team here!

Oak Glen Apartments is a very nice community. The maintenance workers keep up on grounds with picking up garbage daily to keep it nice. Also our staff here are all very caring and very nice to work with. They make the community feel safe and us as residents we feel seen and taken care of. I love this apartment community and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Do not move into this community. The management company is worthless. I have asked for several requests over the time I’ve resided here at Oak Glen and every reasonable request was denied. Currently they are under construction and I asked for a reasonable request to not have workers pounding hammers on my walls during my work schedule. I work nights and requested the hammering to be done on my off days so sleep could be obtained. Corporate denied my request. The tenants of Oak Glen will have a major inconvenience during this 1 year construction. I highly recommend you do not move into Oak Glen Apartments. Management and Corporate could care less about tenants. There has been crime here and they have done nothing to communicate this information to the tenants. The inside of the unit

I lived here for 3 years and it was a nice and safe place to live. Repairs happened quickly, often within an hour of placing requests, and the grounds are thoroughly kept up. I found it to be overall quiet besides some typical neighbor noise. The appliances are a little dated however they function perfectly well. My interactions with the staff were friendly and the cleaning/move out costs were fair and honest. I would recommend Oak Glen to anyone looking for a place in the area!

Oak Glen is a great place to live! Good area, friendly staff (especially Fatima🥳), maintenance requests always handled in a timely manner, and they like engaging and doing great activities for the residents!
