Moving can be so stressful, but the property manager here Ms. Laticia , made the entire experience smooth and easy from start to finish. You can really tell she takes pride in this community — everything from the cleanliness of the grounds to how quickly she responds shows she truly cares. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident about my move, easing all my anxiety along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more welcoming place to call home. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for not just an apartment, but a place where management genuinely looks out for you!

The tour was great I really enjoyed visiting. The apartments I looked at which was the 3 and 4 bedroom was very nice and spacious. The management Mrs. Latisha was very friendly and very helpful answered all my questions as well as Evan

The door was broke when we moved in. There was a whole stair missing on the outside staircase. The office sent out notices to spray for roaches and never came to spray, now my whole building has roaches. We've resorted to buying raid and roach traps because it got so bad. Children screaming and running in the parking lot at night unsupervised. People are stealing packages from doorsteps If you drop the slightest thing the neighbors start hitting the walls with brooms but they can make noise in the middle of the night and we can't do anything about it. We've had so many management changes to fix things but when they get there they don't do anything.

The office staff was friendly and inviting when showing me around and answered all my questions. They were very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to apply.

I’ve been living at oak crest for some time, and while my experience started off a bit rocky, I’ve noticed a real effort from management to improve things—and I genuinely appreciate that. The communication has gotten better, maintenance is more timely, and it feels like the team is trying to create a more positive living environment for residents. It's not about perfection, but progress—and I can say I’ve seen that here. I’m hopeful the improvements continue, and it’s nice to feel heard and see change happening.
