If I could give this place a negative stars I would!!! Sarah is a scammer she don’t care for Tenants!! I was Harassed and bullied at the place. I was living at because I was young and there was old people living there…. Sarah never went to bat for me. She just let it happen. Then one day they were doing an Inspection at my house and saw two old litter boxes and they charged me $1000 and I had no cats!! My girlfriend had cats prior, but she got rid of them moving in because we couldn’t have pets, but we had the litter boxes still because my cousin was gonna take them…. Once I moved out, I got itemized prices on the house It somehow swallowed my $1500 deposit and she wanted another 800!! She charged me $150 for a refrigerator crisp door When the refrigerator itself wasn’t worth 150.. Do y

My Mom was evicted through this place. Im not excusing that. She lost her garage key and wasn't able to empty her garage completely. Nuvu allowed her to recover most of my families photos and albums from when myself and my siblings were little. However my Mom also lost a lot of things. Such as everything I owned as a baby, any art work I made in school as a little kid and brought home to give too my parents. My entire childhood was in that garage and now it’s all in the trash. I officially have nothing to show my daughter from when I was little or to reminisce on myself. Thank you Nuvu for throwing all of my Moms children's belongings away instead of allowing us more time to retrieve those items. You all suck, you deserve a 1 star rating. - Signed, a pissed off adult, with no more memories

This place was a JOKE when we moved out, we scrubbed the apartment top to bottom, there was NO need for NEW paint because it was all still intact and the carpets they claimed needed replacing throughout the apartment when only room that needed replaced was the living room for normal wear and tear and then claimed they had to replace light bulbs in all the rooms when we had bought brand new ones and replaced them ALL, they charged us $2000 on top of our $800 deposit..... DO NOT rent from these people they are crooks!

invasive inspections, tenants should have a right to privacy. Given 3 days notice of inspection. Photos of serial numbers and such on things like fridge should be taken before move in. Taking photos all over the house closets bedrooms etc of our personal belongings and lying about the purpose of the inspection is not ok! 3 days before the first inspection we were told it was to check basic upkeep like caulking and not to worry. When she showed up, she admitted it was also to see if they want to offer a rent renewal or not. If you don’t pass the inspection, they kick you out. We moved to save money and were offered a renewal every time and are clean people so it wasn’t an issue other than the fact that I like my privacy and don’t like dishonesty! They will show homes while people are still

NuVu is exactly what is wrong with the rental market, and then some. They will take the absolute MAX amount of money they can from you at every little opportunity. Things that most landlords consider normal wear and tear, they'll make you pay top dollar for. This single mama here, who has had only very positive move-out experiences is still paying for what they decided I owed after less than a year and a half. I moved out more than a year ago. They are only about profit and will take you "to the cleaners" for any reason they see fit. Rent from them at your own risk.
