We just finished our contract with NPM, and thank goodness. It was a teeth pulling experience from the very start. The office staff are not willing to help you, they talk down to you and know that you’re at their mercy and do nothing to help. They want you to fail, because they make more money off you that way. During the signing process, they raised rent on us after we paid the application and background fees (not cheap but often a standard process) and were accepted for the house. They refused to let you use cash but demanded you go pay for money orders (or charge you a big old fee to use a card), keep in mind they give you less than 48 hours to take time off from a typical 9-5 job to go get them and then deliver to their office in person or you lose the house. I don't always leave reviews, but when I am this impressed with quality customer service, I can't not! Nunamaker is an amazing company- because of it's amazing team. My wife and I recently worked with Nunamaker PM to find and rent a home. The process to apply for and receive approval was all electronic; very convenient and very fast. They were extremely thorough and contacted all of our references. They have been extremely easy to work with and extremely helpful. Maribeth, Rhiannon, and Amanda have all been very kind and have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything we have ever needed was taken care of, almost immediately. I would recommend them to to everyone that has the chance to work with them.

I've used NPM for several years and have been very pleased in all aspects. The staff worked expediently to handle a water emergency, two appliance breakdowns and other issues. They communicated clearly and quickly with me and all tenants. The staff often advocated for tenants use of yard spaces, extra time moving in or out, use of play structures while getting my approval first. They provided helpful advice to me when needed. Since I did the yardwork, I spoke with many tenants over the years and they expressed their satisfaction with the management and the house. Most importantly, every staff member was very pleasant, easy to work with and helpful often going the extra mile (shout out to Jodi, Sarah and Hannah). I appreciate their many years of service.

Nunamaker has done a stand-up job of managing my rental properties. The team has grown since I first started working with them, and each new person has surprised me with their attentiveness and dedication to the job. Good management is critical to owning rental properties and Nunamaker has proven to be an excellent choice.
