Indian Creek Court Apartments

Indian Creek Court is a nice place to live. The location is good, with stores and medical offices nearby. The setting is lovely, with very nice landscaping that is well maintained and a pleasure to view. The apartments themselves are attractive outside and in. Comfortable in all seasons, with updated windows, nice floors, and very nice appliances. If maintenance is required it is always addressed promptly and handled professionally, which brings me to the staff here at Indian Creek. Competent and courteous at all times, these able persons are the best part of living here. Quite professional and oh so patient, they deserve recognition for their great service. It is a very good feeling to be part of this fine community.

Guardian management needs to get rid of Bolton she is unprofessional and retaliates against anyone that complains about her or she simply doesn’t like you. Jenna will dismiss you at the door instead of speaking to people. They have their favorites and have so many complaints again them with HUD. Maintenance is the best they have ever had. Guardian please re train them in how to be courteous and non retaliation attitude towards PEOPLE.

The attention to repairs when needed while striving to keep the apartment clean as the maintenance crew works is always appreciated. The quick response by management to call in professional help or just return phone calls is another added perk to living here.

I love living at Indian creek court apartment s. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The manager & staff are very friendly. It’s quiet and a peaceful place to live.

It’s a great and beautiful place to live. Neighbors are nice and friendly and the managers are friendly and welcoming and very helpful and it’s a comfortable environment. Close stores, and close schools and church! I recommend staying here especially for low income families that need a warming comfort place and space🫶🏼✨
