PRO: Amanda Curry helped us navigate a turbulent deal. Her style should be an example to other RE agents. She is communicative and can articulate clearly without any of the ego that some agents may have. I recommend her services and appreciate her getting us through this purchase. CON: Jane Parker was Amanda's co-agent on this deal and for the 30+ years she has been a RE agent(we were reminded of this several times) Amanda is the one who shined. Jane was unavailable 3 x due to not even living locally/flying back and forth. That part would have been fine if it wasn't for her arrogance and condescending demeanor. I was referred to Jane Parker, an agent with Don Nunamaker. Since I was living out of state, I wanted a local agent who could be my "boots on the ground." Not soon after our telephone introduction a home came on the market that fit my needs. I did several days of due diligence on the property and Jane advised me that the selling agent would consider my offer unless I came the see the house in person. She did mention that she was in Maui on our first call, but it wasn't until many days and conversations later that she disclosed that she was actually spending the whole winter in Maui and would not in fact be able to show me any homes until April (but she was happy to pass me off to one of her associates). Jill Guenther was excellent! She was patient to work with us for a long time to find us what we wanted. She not only professionally presented herself, but also knew how and when to give us honest opinions, instead of saying only sweet words to ears. We've worked with many Realtors, and noticed many just weren't informative nor straightforward. Jill understands buying a house is a big deal no matter high, mid, or low budgets, thus doesn't beat around the bush. Both my husband and I felt comfortable with her. Definitely going to work with her again!!
