I’ve had a very positive experience with NRP Realty, especially working with Kelsey, the property manager for my Ashburn condo. When I experienced water damage caused by another unit owner, Kelsey stepped in right away and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She personally came out to inspect my unit, and I was immediately impressed by how polite, professional, and attentive she was to my situation. She kept me consistently updated, clearly communicated next steps, and made sure everything was handled properly. I’m truly thankful for her expertise, responsiveness, and the genuine care she showed in helping get my unit restored to its original condition. Kelsey is top-notch and exceptional at what she does. I greatly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend NRP Rea

Multiple residents at Clarion Terrace are deeply frustrated and concerned by National Realty Partners’ handling of snow removal this winter. Parking areas were left unusable for over a week following snowfall. Residents were forced to shovel out their own spaces and then avoid leaving altogether, knowing the spaces would not be maintained. Some residents had no choice but to rely on Uber or rideshares just to get in and out of their own homes. More than a dozen resident parking spaces remained blocked by large piles of snow left behind by the contractor. Visitor parking was effectively eliminated. Most alarming, nearly all handicap-accessible parking spaces were obstructed by compacted snow, leaving only one usable space. Blocking designated accessible parking for days at a time is not jus

Just moved in, really made us feel welcomed… NOT! We called ahead of moving in and was told that we are not yet in the system so they cannot assign parking passes, but it’s ok to park in visitor spots. Despite following management’s instructions, my car was towed. Management then denied responsibility and blamed us for not having passes before moving in. Be cautious when dealing with managers Kharen and Angela, they will provide you with inaccurate information, the parking was just one of many misinformation they told me. I have not been reimbursed and was told I must write a letter to the board to request reimbursement. It is unfathomable that HOA budgets are being used to fund towing fees imposed on homeowners due to management’s inability to provide accurate information.

TL;DR: They don't care about you even if their actions possibly endanger you. NRP hired a contracter to fix a foundation water intrusion problem on my neighbor's unit. Well, they hired three contractors. The first two were incapable of fixing the issue, then the tenant moved out, then NRP did nothing for several months as the unit was empty, and only then, in late December, when new people had already moved in did this become an issue and they hired someone. The waterproofing chemical that the contractor used caused my unit to fill with noxious fumes which forced myself, pregnant wife, and dog to leave to go to a hotel. Over 24 hours and with numerous phone calls and emails from myself and property owner, no one from NRP responded to me. Their contractor, working without a required permit

I like this homeowner association, because they had very nice employees work at the front office. It worth to mention. These employees were listen to the homeowner’s issues. Second I really impressed with the board members to keep my community clean, and safe with manageable fee. Keep up the good work NRP.
