If I Can Give A Zero Star I Would Horrible Staff Selling People Dreams And Waisting There Time Im Currently Relocating From California and Fell Inlove With This Community Went and Viewed and Also Submitted An Application Everything Was Good Untill I Got Approved For Another Property Decided Not To Go Through With This Property Anymore Untill GiGi Called Me and Asked Me Was I Still Interested I Told Her I Got Approved For Another Spot But I Will Rather Be Here At Novo I Then Told Her If You Can Get Me Moved In By Tomorrow I Will Choose Novo As My New Home Instead Of The Other Property Fast Forward To Now They Sent Me A Welcome Home Packet, Told Me To Turn On The Lights , Put Insurance On The Unit and Also Get A Money Order To Move In This Morning. Just For Them To Tell Me I Can’t Move In D

There's only 3 good things about this complex. The layouts are nice, the pond is a nice view, and the maintenance team is really wonderful. However, that's where it ends. This is the most poorly built apartment building we've lived in. Since we moved into our third floor apartment we have dealt with weed seeping in (dryer, guest bathroom, and AC closet). Originally it was just the dryer, and when we asked for a backflow to be installed/asked for something to be done, we were told it wouldn't help with anything and basically nothing could be done. When the first floor neighbors moved out it stopped happening... for almost 7 months... until I was heavily pregnant in the third trimester and our nearly empty building became full with new people. Ms. Angela & Gigi are AMAZING very informative & i had a very smooth move in… whenever i have any questions they answer w no problems. I love my home and i plan on staying a while!!

My move-in experience was overall great. Angela and Gigi were sweet and attentive. My biggest praise goes to the maintenance crew! Darryl is very easy going, courteous and knowledgeable about everything related to the building. Derrick and Chris are amazing as well, helpful and they all are always present on site and willing to assist.

We've loved living here! Even though there have been some maintenance issues (which we understand are just part of the experience when moving into a brand new construction), the maintenance team has been so attentive and helpful in getting those problems resolved. Also, the leasing staff is so friendly and the amenities are incredible.
