Nova North Apartments

1) they sit in the office all day and do absolutely nothing 2) they don’t care about your car so if you have a nice car I wouldn’t bother parking it there. 3) garbage everywhere, barely to no maintenance. 4) they don’t respect their tenants at all. 5) they disable your key fob whenever they want so you can’t get into the building. So if you have kids in the house or dogs then good luck getting in. Don’t let these nova north fool you.

I’ve had a great experience living at Nova North Apartments! The management team truly stands out—they’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s clear they’re committed to making this a great place to live, as I’ve noticed several improvements around the property lately, from upgraded amenities to better maintenance and landscaping. Communication is always clear, and any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to live in a community where management is not only present but proactive. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend Nova to anyone, even my enemy. It was an extremely dangerous and unsafe area. Every night, dangerous and drunk people would walk the hallways of the building. Many times, unknown cars parked in our designated parking spot, and we reported it to the office, but they didn’t pay any attention. The dishwasher was broken, and I had to wash the dishes by hand during my stay. When I told the office, they became very angry. The shower was clogged, and the water wouldn’t go down. The kitchen hood above the stove didn’t work at all, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the house. I couldn’t even heat milk for breakfast in the kitchen because I would see a mosquito fall into the milk. The fridge was full of mosquitoes. When I reported this to the office, I found out they were

Erika is by far the BEST leasing agent! When i signed my lease, she took her time and explained in detail everything so i wasn't blindsided at all, the unit itself is very roomy, and is very clean. I do dislike the Washer and dryer being inside of the bedroom closet but everything else is amazinggg. VERY affordable and i got approved for my unit the same day i applied! this new management company is great! CANT WAIT FOR MOVE IN DAY!! ❤

A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! My husband and I have resided at The Nova North Apartments for two wonderful years. The current management are great people who have excellent customer service skills, and are always helpful. The rental office is always very clean and the staff are always attentive and eager to help. The maintenance staff are also very kind and courteous. Although there are not many times I've had to call for a maintenance issue, when I do, they always arrive promptly and show respect and courtesy while they are inside my unit. Our apartment is very spacious and also wonderful for folks like us, who have disabilities. We highly enjoy having a washer and dryer inside of our unit and we really appreciate the security locks on the doors of each building. The hallways are always vacuum
