Nova at Trinity Apartments

My lease is about to be up and im looking forward to moving. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE. Their ratings are fake the lady at the front office KORRI FERRIS asked me to leave a 5 star review when she gives 1 star service. She never answer the phone or email then when you go up to the office she is rude and acting like doing her job is me bother her when i pay my rent on time. She is very rude and doesnt know how to talk to people. she is so unprofessional and for the property manager to be in the office and nothing changes is crazy are yall rewarding bad behavior? this isnt my 1st complaint about Korri it seems she rubs the whole entire property the wrong way. Also i tried to come in this morning but the office was still closed when it suppose to have been open i dont know if she was running lat

Had to call maintenance twice since we been here. The maintenance team is amazing and they fix what's wrong not just bandaid like my last apartment. Thank you Nova at Trinity for being down to earth humans and have very beautiful apartment that are affordable. I will recommend l8ving in this community to ANYONE yes including my enemies.

Place is pretty quiet and nice. Its hassle free. The maintenance team is very effective and efficient. You can call on Lewis , one of the repair man at any time. He's very respectful. Thumbs up 👍 👌

As a resident that renewed for year number 2, this is great place to call home. The community is centrally located to up-and- coming neighborhoods, Downtown New Port Richey, the Gulf Coast and easy access to Tampa/Clearwater. However, as I have started to use the laundry facility as I have to replace my dryer, it is discusting. There is no door. This room should have Fob access for residents only use. 6 of 10 machines are in need of repair/dirty and the room itself is dirty and not taken care of. This room Has been like this for months. ZRS needs to step up and start repairing a community we pay a premium to live in. There are many issues as of late that need addressed. This is just one. I will gladly adjust my rating back to 4 stars once our facilities reflect the care and concern ZRS s

Love this property. Kori, the assistant property management is amazing and great at her job. Communication and comprehension skills are a relief! She makes it all so easy through the process. Kori and iveth are awesome people
