Northwood Park Apartment Homes

Washers always have issues drying out clothings. I do laundry on every Sunday, and I've been having issues in three consecutive weeks! When the washers are done washing and spinning, the clothings are still extremely wet. We reported the issues through the WASH-Connect App but things never get fixed properly!

They are respectful I just don't like the guy with the jeep he is kinda rude and makes me feel uncomfortable I have requested for him to never enter my home. However the maintenance people that come in to do the work are amazing kind people and every respectful to me and my little family. I have been living at Northwood Park Apartments for the past two years and I have been very happy with my experience. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the community is quiet and safe. One of the things I appreciate most about Northwood Park is the friendly people who live here. I have met some great neighbors who are always willing to lend a helping hand. I also appreciate the fact that the community is quiet and safe. I feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood at night, even by myself. I also want to compliment the maintenance staff. Alvarado with the Maintenance Crew was very professional and helpful replacing our stove with the help of Nejara. These are some good guys working here. Great work.
