Erica & Bill are so professional in every aspect!

The manager Stephanie, and maintenance man, Anthony, are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! When you have a problem and call to get it fixed, within minutes, Anthony is knocking at your door, and the problem is fixed. The neighbors are nosey, and boisterous. No one knows how to park, so if you don't want dings and scrapes on your car, park far, far, away from other cars. I've watched as one apartment sold "something" all night long, as random cars pulled in. He'd run out, pass something in, and the driver or passenger, passed something out. I'd go outside to smoke on my balcony, all thru the night, and the cars kept coming. I've seen a car pull up to the office, around 11pm, and 2 occupants get out, go into the "workout room", and as the female started taking off her denim jacket and Jean's, the

Don’t rent you’ll regret it. Covid was the perfect excuse to not do ANYTHING they’ll stretch that out as long as they can it seems! If you complain enough about there non existent lazy management that NEVER call you back they’ll send the maintenance man ANTHONY to come to your apartment to cuss you out on a Sunday afternoon ( his day off). If you don’t like headaches DONT rent here!

The apartments "were" nice at the start , but the management and other residents let them really go. Filing any sort of noise complaints would fall on deaf ears nearly all the time. Plus the place is over run by cats half the time. Also getting a hold of management was a huge pain.
