Best loan experience ever!! The mortgage banker at First Bank, Joshua Plemmons was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed with my loan every step of the way. He was always available if I had a question or request and made things go very smoothly. It was great to have someone local that I could talk to face to face and know that he had my best interest at heart. We ended up getting to close on the loan two weeks earlier than expected, had a lower interest rate than we thought and received more cash back than we had planned for. The closing costs were about $1000 less than my current mortgage company and rocket mortgage had offered me. I would recommend Joshua Plemmons and First Bank to anyone who needs a mortgage loan!
