Upper Cumberland Home Inspection

Chip did a great job with his inspection and was reasonably priced. He covered all areas of the property thoroughly and made sure to focus on spots I pointed out previously. His report was formatted in an easy to read way and gave me a lot of information, including next steps and follow up advice. I would definitely use him again. Very knowledgeable and detailed.

Mr. Reed was called to do my pre purchase home inspection and he came out within a couple of days to do it. He was extremely thorough and took his time after the inspection to go over the findings. I also received a very detailed written report with pictures. I wouldn't have any one else do an inspection for me. I recommend him.
