Other than doing the listing, sticking up a sign and filling in a few forms, you’ll do all the trench work. Recently closed on my home sale…there was no representative from Century 21 present to insure proper/correct closing; an hour before closing my agent called to say she was sick and would send her daughter (also an agent); her daughter never showed up, nor did anyone else from the Century 21 office, they didn’t seem to care. As a result, the buyers Title company, Rochelle, McCollough & Auld in Lebanon (split closing) wanted to withhold my funds 24 hours until receipt of original documents. My Title company hand carried the documents to them and they still delayed wiring the funds f
