NorthShore at Lake Redwine

This is a very friendly and welcoming community with numerous amenities, activities, and events to enjoy all in a beautiful setting!

We are pretty much life-long Georgians, but newcomers to this neighborhood, here for almost 2 months now. We've been delighted to learn that many others are "new" as well. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming; it has been delightful to meet new friends and enjoy lake fun! It's a great mix of active empty nesters and younger families. Our adult children enjoy visiting & the lake activities as well.So glad we picked the neighborhood with amenities that we can all enjoy together! And if you're building a home, working with Elizabeth Williams is a fantastic experience -- She is wonderful!

We couldn't be more happy with this neighborhood and house. The lake is absolutely beautiful, and so much fun to boat, kayak, fish and paddle board.

We couldn’t be happier to have built our home in Northshore. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. We look forward to many happy years here.
