Northpointe Apartments

the maintenance staff and staff in general are excellent, polite and helpful. They’ve even helped my grandmother bring in groceries. Residents are mostly quiet and polite. No loud music or any major disturbances. It’s a good place to live. My only complaint would be that other residents make the garbage areas a disaster sometimes as they’ll leave bags or broken trash by the bins, but that’s not the fault of management as I do see it get cleaned often and then the next day someone else will do the same.

I’m disappointed with the maintenance of the parking lot during the recent snowstorm. On [date], the ice and snow were not cleared from the parking area, creating hazardous conditions for residents and visitors. Despite notifying management, the issue was not addressed promptly, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate. I hope they improve their snow removal efforts in the future for everyone’s safety. Living here was okay. The location was pretty central since most stores are in the area. What I did not consider when moving in was that there were ambulance sirens going off every day considering that Mercy hospital was walking distance as well. Management: 3 out of 5 stars It is hard to get a hold of management at times. I did not get a pre-move out inspection and only got half my deposit back. Maintenance: 2 out of 5 stars Jeff and/or Skyler did a good job. It's when I moved in and there was a bunch of stuff that were never fixed from the previous maintenance guy and he just marked it as done. Tenants: 2 out of 5 stars Most of the tenants are ok. My husband and I (and kids) lived at Northpoint from 2014 to 2019 and we had such a great experience living here! This is a professionally ran apartment community. Notice I said community, not complex. The office staff was always so friendly and they did a great job at resolving any issues that would occur. They also hold an annual Neighborhood Night Out with food, games and prizes. The pool was always kept in immaculate condition. In the past, we had lived at other apartments where our toilet water was cleaner than those pools. Not at Northpointe. LOL. The maintenance guys, Tarry and Bob (when he was still working) were so great. Even Alex, the newer guy was nice and friendly. We've lived at Northpointe now for 3 years and have been absolutely pleased. We've tranfered units a couple times and management makes it a breeze. Very quite, can't hear things from the adjacent walls. The pool and gym are well worth the extra penny! Although Id say the best part of living here is getting to know Samantha, who literally is the best thing ever! She always calls and answers your emails THE SAME DAY! Can't get better than that. She works with you so you can have the best experience. We love her so much! Then there's Jeff! The freaking goddess of maintenance! He can fix things with his eyes closed! Super friendly and funny! I dont think there's one person in the entire complex that dislikes him! He always makes sure we're happy, even if it's just stopping in to say hi. Norris
