I had a horrible experience with Joanna, she was unprofessional and borderline discriminatory. My partner and I (hispanic) applied for an apartment we both have good credit scores (700 and 750) and clear backgrounds and he makes well above the required amount (for context more than 7x the rent) but she kept focusing on my income but before I applied she said it would be no issue since he makes more than what is required. I told her that I would be moving out of state and not working for a period of time and we both had made it clear he would be paying for the rent. I told her I would be a student when I went to washington and would not be contributing financially and she even said that she'd add a line in the lease that said if he was got out of the lease then I would too which I told her

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! JOANNA made my last year terrible. Here are a couple reasons why ° when I told her the bedroom roof is leaking she told me to open a window to air it out and that should fix it (it did not, the roof kept leaking for 6 months) °There was mold in the bathroom when I told her about it her handy man called and told me he is a "bigger man" and cannot fit in the attic to look at it and I should just turn the fan in there on because it's probably condensation build up. IT WAS MOLD ° I had a friend over one day and she decided to stop by and when they opened the door she interrogated them by asking "how long are you staying here? Will you be living here? How long have you been here? If you stay here you need to be on the lease." (It is not her business who I let stay t

Would never rent from again. Is always creeping around property when haven't been called. Saw a review a lady said she caught Walter on her outdoor camera at 2 or 3 am. Who does that? Once done with them never going back. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! MOLDY residence and instead of fixing was thrown out with bare minimum days to find a new rental. So glad I escaped. Still having health issues due to mold. They took money out of my deposit to "fix" mold issues and change locks after I left.... SERIOUSLY??????

A good friend of mine lived here for an entire year, and I couldn’t be happier for her now that she’s left. Joanna was incredibly rude and condescending to me during our first an only meeting when I came to visit. There was MOLD everywhere, that never seemed to get cleaned up, during my visits spanning the entire year.

I can’t say enough about working with Northfield property manager Joanna She has gone way and above helping me secure a rental in todays limited market . She is extremely professional & knowledgeable she walked me through the process from start to finish & was Always available to answer any questions and concerns. I would whole heartedly recommend working with Joanna .
