So all of the reviews here are from angry people who either got stuff towed, or didn't pay their bill. Not really how the company supports their HOAs. I lived in one neighborhood that already had NVM as the management company. I ended up being the president of that HOA and was really happy with NVM's support. So much so that when I moved and saw the current HOA still had the terrible management company that the provider left us with, I encouraged the HOA to hire NVM. It has been great as well. I'll note that when you call, you always have to leave a message, but I find that the response is still pretty quick. This company is very irresponsive and unprofessional. When you try to contact them for any information they reply with basic responses such "yes", "no" or "thank you for contacting us". The payment system on their website is not secure at all, you basically have to fill out a form with your bank information and hope nobody steals their data. Also, it seems like they hire the cheapest companies to do the maintenance of the gardens and common areas and they do a terrible job, cutting off your plants and leaving piles of mulch in front of your house for days, I contacted the HOA to learn more about the services offered by this company and they just replied "thank you for contacting us". There is a big disconnect between them and the community and that's in part for their lack of transparency.

This company managed our HOA for nearly 20 years. Due to rigged elections, the Board of Directors was controlled by an absentee landlord & his cronies. This company was allowed complete access to all our bank accounts & my questions regarding the associations financial status were either evaded or we were lied to. I later discovered several financial discrepancies. Not only were our reserve accounts inexplicably depleted, the property was also very poorly maintened.

Never given a review before in my life no matter how bad the service. This company takes the whole cake. Their inability to effectively communicate anything is astonishing. They don't want to help you and they want you to go through as many different channels as possible to find the answer on your own. If you're a company considering using them to manage your HOA run do not walk away.

Had my car towed from in front of my own house with a parking permit clearly displayed. No warning, nothing. I don't know if they take a cut from the towing company or are just incompetent. Not the kind of service you want from a company that YOU PAY to manage your subdivision.
