North Village Apartments

From the very first day we met Judi, she has been absolutely wonderful. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime we needed assistance or had a question, she handled everything quickly and with kindness, always making us feel heard and supported. We’ve lived here for two years, and it has truly felt like home. The community is welcoming, our neighbors are great, and Judi plays a big part in creating that positive atmosphere. As we move on to our next chapter, we’re so grateful for our time here and for all of Judi’s hard work. She makes a real difference!

North Village Apartments is hands down the worst place I’ve ever lived. Calling it “housing” feels generous. From incompetent management to neglected buildings, this place is a masterclass in how not to run an apartment complex. Management is completely useless. Maintenance requests either disappear into a black hole or get “fixed” with the bare minimum weeks later — if you’re lucky. You’re constantly chasing them for issues that should never be problems in the first place. They smile when taking your rent and vanish the moment you actually need help. The property itself is rundown and poorly maintained. Common areas are dirty, things are constantly broken, and it’s obvious no one cares about long-term upkeep. Whatever they showed you during the tour is not what you end up living with. O

Great and affordable apartments. Judi and the team took good care of us when we lived here! Well placed location, beautifully maintained units/landscape, and quick response/fixes to any issues. Highly recommend!

Something feels off about this situation. I applied, submitted all the necessary documents, and even included a money order in my application. Given my excellent credit and solid income, I was confident I would be approved. However, within hours, Judi emailed me to say my application was declined, citing my credit as the reason. I assured her that couldn't be the case, as my credit score is nearly 700. I even sent her screenshots of my credit score from other apartments where I had been approved. She mentioned that the company they use for credit checks simply runs the report and bases its decision on the findings, without sending a copy back to them, which seemed dubious to me. Terrible place, you pay your rent and should be able to get your basic needs appliances working. My friends freezer does not close and instead of them fixing or replacing they said “well it’s only you who lives here so we can’t fix it”. You mean to tell me you charge all those apartments for rent to not even offer them solutions to their problems?? Why does she have to use tape to keep her freezer closed. Her dishwasher smells like burned and they won’t replace it. Terrible management.
