Made an appointment to come for a touring came on time, even a few minutes early and was ignored at the door. When I made an attempt to get the door answered was then shouted at from the inside for knocking and left at the door.

I love my 2 bedroom apartment I just wish they had more closet space but everything else is amazing

Place doesn’t clean often. Maintenance sucks they take forever to come fix anything it took 2 months for someone to finally come fix my stovetop . There’s always cops across the street from my neighborhood so it definitely not the best place or worth the price. The walls are very thin ! I live on the bottom floor and i hear the kids running jumping doing flips or something then in the middle of the night you can hear the moaning n groaning bed hitting the wall! I mean it’s none of my business but it’s no respect anywhere and I’ve asked politely for them to quiet down because i have new born and is just not the place to be but I’m thankfully leaving at the end of month I’ve only been here for a year and it’s was the worst

I haven’t had any complaints so far, but in the past our neighbors was loud downstairs and we had to call the police on them a couple of times and all that came to a stop so I guess they got the hint but I’ve noticed on some of these pictures and never knew that these apartments or some of them Have dining room rooms?? And wondering, how come all the apartments don’t have that. I want a dining room😟. Also, I wish they had balconies. It would be nice to relax And privately enjoy the fresh air

For the most part, they're okay, but you can hear the neighbors walking on the floor or jumping on the bed late at night. Other than that this place is affordable to those on the lower income level. Plus, the apartments, has central air and you can install a washer and dryer making making it super convenient for families with children. Say goodbye to laundry visits!
