North 25 Apartments

Management needs to be better and leanent every since Yates left it went downhill from there. They need to charge everyone the same rent especially if you have the same bedroom apartment instead of giving everyone different prices.

I've been a model tenant living in North25 for years. I've always paid my rent in advance no matter what as long as my numbers were correct. YATES, the manager has brought this property down to where my children and I hit the floor on the regular from gun violence. Management never walks though to see how many lease violations are taking place. There are so many dogs. That when I step out the back of my rented home. I step in mess. NO one likes how Ms. Yates run North25. She has taking this role, there has been no community meeting dicuss our issues/concerns. Our maintenance team gets worse by next team. She, North25 Management only cares about her paycheck, miscounting the rent amount and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She speaks to you in a fashion, that even a dog shouldn't be treated. If we had

It's a place for 62years or disable people. But still try and see things mite have changed. Just because I wouldn't move here doesn't mean it's not for you.

The Management is very disrespectful and this place has BED Bugs

Decent enough place to live. Police patrol the complex often enough. I feel pretty safe when I'm here.
