⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Nolan Realty LLC. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were responsive, transparent, and always took the time to answer questions thoroughly. Their market expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence every step of the way. I rented from Nolan in the '90s. Even though it's been decades since I've been with them, I still and only recommend their business to any of my friends for renting in the Danbury area. Altogether, I've been in four of their apartments. The first one, a studio above the Old Seattle Espresso on Main with the cathedral ceilings, will always be my most favorite.

This individual Mark Nolan had No Trespassing. No dogs allowed. Signs up all over his property and when there was a problem with someone coming in with a dog and trespassing I was the one that got Disciplined! Management never came to the defense of their tenant (ME) as the property owner. His defense was that the signs were old and weren't accurate legally even though it says like camera surveillance and monitored by the police and all this stuff on the light posts not hidden in plain sight. No dogs allowed. I've been bit by dogs over the years and had to get tetanus shots. Never sued anyone but probably should have. So this thing wouldn't happen to me anymore. People shouldn't let dogs approach people and sniff them and that's what this lady's dog was doing and I felt threatened. I hope
