Noble Old Hampden

I love living here. So far, the location works great for me, with easy access to Hwy 285, so it takes me less than 20 minutes to get to Red Rocks and some good hikes. Staff is very friendly, there are some events to meet the community, such as a book club, and the gym has almost anything you might need. The common areas are great (especially the rooftop and grills! I love the views and sunsets from there). There are some good restaurants to eat nearby!

I can't speak to the actual apartment (because they haven't let us move in), but I can share that I am incredibly disappointed in the way that this company handles delays in occupancy. We were supposed to move in at the end of February, and literally 20 minutes before we were supposed to get the keys, we were told the apartment needed work and it would be another week. They offered 6 months of parking for one of our vehicles so we said okay. Then the entire next week we spent trying to confirm we would move in this week, only to be told the day before that it would still be another week. They basically said we could switch to another (SMALLER) apartment if we wanted to move this week, wait (hard to do when you have movers with all your stuff), or break the lease (again hard to do when we h

Been at Noble since late May 2024 and loving it so far. Did a walk-in tour with Dominique and applied right away, then moved in a week later with a great deal. Katelyn, our manager, has been awesome too. You can tell she really cares about keeping Noble a great place to live for current residents. The amenities here are brand new and cleaned every day, but the best part is that since our building is small, our amenities are not overcrowded like a lot of other apartments around town. I love the secure access with modern technology... able to get inside via facial recognition and assign guest access codes. I also love our parking garage with assigned spots, and 3 doors to each floor for easy access to your unit. Plenty of guest parking around the perimeter. Super easy and safe walk to coffee

Victor and Dominique and teammates Crystal are amazing leasing agents and managers. They have met and exceeded my very particular standards for excellent customer service and I would recommend this team a million times over if you were looking for knowledgeable and experienced property managers.. Matthew, the maintenance supervisor, has been extremely wonderful assisting us as we set up our home and ensuring that we have everything we need from the window measurements, to curtain rods assistance to ensuring our every maintenance needs are met in a timely manner. Living at Noble has been such a wonderful experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff have been nothing but kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attentiveness really makes a difference and creates a strong sense of community. Between internal and external moving, they have been nothing but helpful through the moving transition. The amenities here are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and never overcrowded, which makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. And the rooftop area? It’s absolutely stunning – perfect for unwinding after work or quick lunch breaks. The views are gorgeous and it's one of my favorite spots in the whole complex. The location is another huge plus.
