Ken was A+ from start to finish when I arrived 15 minutes early he was already at work, as he put it I like starting outside. As I the buyer spoke with the seller noticing Ken going about his business Taking notes and photos, climbing in crawl space etc. also I was impressed with Ken having serious inspection conversation with the owner. Did home inspection with Ken. He is very organized and thorough person. During the home inspection, he took his time and paid attention to every single details.
