Nexus at Orenco Station

I’ve lived in this apartment complex since 2018, and while there are some positives, the overall living environment has gone downhill over the years. As a dog owner, the biggest disappointment is the amount of dog feces left everywhere. It’s frustrating and unhygienic, especially for residents who actually follow the rules. Management does not seem to enforce cleanup policies anymore. Another issue is maintenance. Because moss grows heavily, the complex now dumps bleach all over the walkways instead of properly power washing like they used to. I assume this is due to budget cuts, but it’s unpleasant and unsafe. My dog absolutely hates walking through it, and honestly, so do I. There has also been an increase in sketchy vans and RVs parked for extended periods, with people clearly living

The whole place look good. Very clean. They have extra parking! No charge. I love it here. Maintenance people very fast. Paul very good. Office people very nice. Cannot remember names. Sam, Shelby (Shelly?- maybe Chelsey?). Another young lady, Hadley? Haley? Always smiling. Always kind. Price expensive but you pay for good work

Paul F. the Maintenance Tech helped me locate my wallet! He totally didn’t have to, but he DID!! He is so god damn AWESOME! The entire team here is super awesome!! If you’re THINKING about living here, DO IT. In fact, stop looking elsewhere. Right now. The property is gorgeous, staff is well informed, well trained, they care! I’m so sad to leave, but… I want to stay. So. Badly… I just… need a change due to life circumstances involving the loss of family. But that is irrelevant… Thank you, Paul F!! (Edit: OH MY GOSH! RIGHT BEFORE THE TRASH COMPANY TOOK IT AWAY!!!)

Our leasing and move in experience have been amazing! Samantha in the leasing office made the entire process smooth and painless. She has truly made us feel like a welcomed part of the community! Maintenance is fast, friendly, and effective as well. We just had a couple minor things that needed to be addressed and Paul from the maintenence team was awesome! He had everything thing fixed quickly and really put our minds at ease. We are so happy to call Nexus our home!

Just heard Samantha is leaving. 1 star because without her this place is nothing. she appears to be the only sober employee here. i don't want to smell a brewery when talking to onsite staff. i was on the fence about renewing but i know my decision now
