Moved into a home at the end of November. The house was dirty. I had to wipes walls, clean toilets, sweep, mop, wipe every single cabinet out, stove and microwave were cleaned, i had to clean the dishwasher. I had to clean windows and blinds that were NEVER dusted. Absolutely covered in sticky, disgusting dust. I had to bleach the fridge over 5 times because the smell was RANCID. I dealt with it all myself because, hey it was a nice house. However, we moved mid-contract due to my husband injurying himself at work and needing out of state help plus found a great job in my home state. They were great about that. Moving in process was fine. Moving out was a total disaster! Don’t move here unless you don’t want your security deposit back. They will charge you for cleaning no matter how clean you keep the apartment or how clean you leave it after you move out. You might as well don’t bother to clean when you leave because they will still charge you! You will be charged double for anything broken in the apartment and be on the lookout for broken end cap in the kitchen. Apparently even if you get it that way they will still charge you for it. My neighbor had a bad experience when she was moving out. She only got back $800 from her deposit and I got around the same back. Horrible!

Caitlin Causey was my property manager when I rented for a year between home ownership, she and her team were great to work with. The property I rented had developed frozen water pipes once, and she sent a repair person immediately on a Saturday morning! Also, she let me know when workers were coming to clean out the gutters, so I wasn't suprised by them and the property was kept up very nicely. Her communication was always very professional and she returned my calls right away. It was a great place to rent, I would highly recommend her to my friends and family as a property manager! These guys were GREAT! I used them for help with managing my rental for almost 1 years as well as helped me sell it when I was ready!
