He goes above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met and that any concerns are handled quickly and respectfully. I thoroughly enjoyed living here. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this has been my favorite. I only moved because I bought a house. Maintenance was always super quick to come when I had an issue. Even after hours!! I felt very safe living here. I truly felt like a true resident and not just a number in an apartment. Josiah made everything a breeze and he truly loves the apartments which makes a HUGE difference. The apartment had been newly renovated and I got so many compliments whenever someone saw it how good it looked and how cool it was. Very convenient to downtown and to wherever you need to be. Will truly miss living here!

Very unique property in downtown Newnan. The staff was incredibly helpful as I explored a possible move for a future job transfer. I’ve noticed at other communities that unscheduled visits can feel like an inconvenience to the team, but here they took the time to listen and learn about my situation without any expectation of securing a lease on the spot since my situation has quite a few moving parts Thank you again for your kindness shown and happy holidays!
