So far it has not been a good experience at all! I was walking in Parker and tripped on a sidewalk on one of their properties where their sidewalk was raised up and defective. I was walking at a pretty good pace and fell very hard on the right side of my face. After going to urgent care, my personal doctor and a CT scan I contacted them to get their insurance information in case my insurance doesn't pay all my medica costs. I talked to a girl named Jeannie. She said she was going to fill out a form and call me the next day. That never happened and I'm still waiting for a call back. That was a week ago.
