I had an absolute seamless renting experience on this property. The leasing agent Alex was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to! He made the process from tour to lease signing so easy and flexible for me. I was able to move into my unit three days after touring. Would definitely recommend! And the building is phenomenal with excellent amenities and tasteful decor.

Aliou and Aliyah are extremely helpful and make everyone feel welcome. They always go out of their way to assist with any questions or requests, which makes living at Newark Urby such a pleasant experience. The management team is professional and responsive, and the community itself feels vibrant and well-maintained. I really appreciate how clean the common areas are and how smoothly everything is managed. Overall, it’s a great place to live with an amazing staff that genuinely cares about the residents.

Overall, it has been a great experience living here at Urby after living here for over a year. The amenities and the design of the building are amazing. The apartment has big windows, offering beautiful views of downtown Newark. What I like most about this apartment is that the design just makes sense. The sliding doors inside the apartment save so much space; The kitchen space is fully utilized and comes with under-cabinet lights; and the pre-installed smart wall lamps in all rooms are both convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are very friendly, and the maintenance team is always quick to respond to requests. The only major issue I experienced was a power outage, but it has now been resolved. I cannot recommend Urby enough, the apartments are pristine with excellent usability, brand new appliances and top of the line build quality. The building is super convenient with Newark Penn station only being a 10min walk, making the path to NYC and other trains highly accessible. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, helpful and supportive! Elena & Mehdi supported us in getting our lease even while we were still living in a different country, and did not hesitate to answer our questions anytime! When we moved in, Jennifer and Sam made absolute sure to welcome us and make us feel like family from day 1. Everyone who works here is absolutely amazing!🤩

I love Urby!! My partner and I lived in this May and it had everything we wanted and more! The location is very convenient if commute to the city, great food and bar downstairs, and the apartments are beautiful! My favorite thing about Newark Urby is the staff. From our first visit to now living here for almost 5 month, the staff remains very kind and always willing to help you out when needed. I highly recommend living here! 🤍
