FINAL UPDATE: The collection has been removed from my record after I provided clear video and photo evidence that my unit was clean. I appreciate them looking into this matter and making it right, even though the charges should not have been placed in the first place. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. From the start of our lease to seven months after moving out, the management was consistently unresponsive and disorganized. The neighborhood felt unsafe, with shootings, and the property itself was poorly maintained. Upon move-in, the home was dirty, infested with mice and ants, and it seemed like no effort had been made to address these issues before construction by treating soil or anything. These apartments are a complete disaster. The craftsmanship is terrible — clearly rushed and done as cheaply as possible. Every door is crooked and catches on the frame, and that’s just the beginning. There are gaps and cracks everywhere, and bugs constantly find their way in — no matter how clean you keep your place. Maintenance? Nonexistent. You’ll be lucky if anyone ever shows up, and when you go to the office for help, the new lady working there is rude, unhelpful, and quick to blame everything on the people before her. There’s zero communication with residents — no updates, no transparency, just excuses. For the price we’re paying, this place is an absolute joke. You’re getting dollar-store quality at luxury prices. We’re literally counting down the days until our lease is up. Do

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the property manager Mrs. Tessa, when I say she is the most wonderful person I have ever met. She definitely makes and help this community feel like home. If you need a safe place, peaceful and caring property manager this is the place to be. She has so much patient and love for this community, you can feel it as you walk in the leasing office. I don’t have family here and not from this area and was looking for somewhere bigger for me and my family and came across the New Heights, I can say it was the best choice I could’ve ever made. The apartments are very quiet and spacious. The real review is for Tesa the property manager! Her customer service skills and willingness to help any way she can is stellar. She definitely faces many challenges ( observed ) but, she made us feel like her only customer at all times. I hope her company realizes the treasure they have on the front lines! God bless!

Tessa, the property manager, has exceeded expectations and gone above and beyond for our little family from the second we stepped foot into her office. She is truly a wonderful person and cares deeply about others. I can’t express how grateful we are for everything she has made possible for myself, my husband, and our two kiddos.
