I've been renting from Neville for over a year. I've not had many repair issues, but when I did my calls were returned the same day and repair work done within 24 hours. Super helpful property manager. Highly recommend.

Gives me a place to live I suppose. In all seriousness though being homeless would be easier. Called 3 separate times to notify them that the build I was in had bed bugs they "inspected" found none and I had to find one to kill to show the "professional pest people" what a bed bug looked like. Finally get the problem acknowledged and what do they do? Nothing. 3 weeks after this I call again because this time I did not stop them in time and they made it to my bed frame which I had to throw out so I tell them this and they go and clean the room NEXT to mine and don't even bother with my room. End result I now have to get rid of them on my own. Second issue they didn't turn on the heat in the building until almost November by which point my room was a brisk 39 degrees that was fun.
