Lived in the Battell Block Apartments in Middlebury between 2018-2020. Great place to live and Nedde Real Estate are great landlords. Apartments were clean and great quality. New renovated too. My wife and I really loved living here. Our family grew which is the reason we moved out, but looking back, it was one of our favourite places we lived in.

I needed to move my entire corp office HQ to a new space within tight 3-1/2 week window. Jaeger got me into showings of spaces immediately and provided great feedback during the showings to the listing agent. Overall my entire process was complete just in a few days because of his client dedication. He was EXTREMELY responsive in communications between the agents, property management, and myself. Follow-up on every single item was always completed. If you are considering any commercial spaces, please make sure you give Jaeger/Nedde Real Estate a chance!
