Bayberry Commons Apartments

This is by far the best place I have ever lived while residing in Burlington! Maintenance and property management respond quickly to requests or questions. The place is meticulously maintained. They put up xmas lights during the holidays and are consistently looking for tenant feedback on ways to improve. Building community is at the forefront of how they manage. It really is the best bang for your buck in this area :)

I've lived at Bayberry Commons for over two years. Everything about this community is fantastic! The apartments, landscaping, amenities, location, price for what you get. SD Ireland does a fantastic all around job. They're very responsive, helpful and take care of things proactively. Definitely the best community and property manager I've ever had!

I lived in Bayberry for almost 2 years and I really enjoyed living there. I liked the location being in Burlington yet, a bit secluded from the noise and traffic that would normally come with living in a city, albeit a small city. I had nice, considerate, and quiet neighbours- never experienced any noise disturbance. I could never hear anything going on in the units above or beside me and I think I have decent auditory function haha. It is absolutely a great community for both singles and family units. At the time, my rent for a 1-bd (750 sq. ft) was definitely cheaper than it is now, so it was pretty affordable considering all the amenities covered by the rent. I lived at Bayberry Commons for six years and counting. All the staff members I’ve interacted with whether admin, maintenance, grounds, or cleaning have been exceptional, respectful, and polite. I usually communicate with them through the website, email, or phone and have always found them professional and quick to respond. The admin team keeps me up to date about everything happening at Bayberry and around the neighborhood. I really appreciate the quarterly newsletters and current events emails, and any time I have a question or comment, they get back to me right away. Whenever there’s an emergency or a repair needed, the maintenance team is on it. For example, when I reported an issue with one of the exterior building doors rubbing on the frame, it was fixed within 12 hours. I always
