Matt was amazing to work with while buying my first home. He explained a lot of things I didn't know about, and was super helpful in the (long) process of finding the right place. He worked with me just how I wanted. I could take my time and contact him with properties I was interested in, and not be pushed into anything at all. Flat Fee is definitely the way to go with high home prices these days. Getting a check back after closing for the difference from a traditional percent commission was great!
