Five Seasons Property Management

From start to finish Five Seasons was communicative, professional and on budget. They did exactly what they said they would do and added extras without charging more for extras done. We asked the same questions more than once and there were always good explanations along with their thoughts as we decided how to proceed with several different options or plans of attack. Grant Lawrence also shared his perspective and expertise regarding the work to be done. I would recommend Five Seasons Property Management without any reservation.

My cousin and I lived in Burlington in one of 5 Seasons property management for about 2 years. They were very kind and helpful whenever we needed any help around the property. Their website is great and they would send constant updates about Burlington city parking and snow removal via email etc... 5/5 or 10/10 would reccomend!

For property owners the experience seems to be great, as a renter I've noticed issues with the building that aren't always fixed very quickly. Over priced for what you get, but that is the standard for renting in Burlington. Communication can be slow at times, and there have been a few balls dropped on what I considered bigger things re: issues with the building not getting addressed, but after some prodding they eventually address everything. Not the worst for the local market.

We use five seasons plowing service in Burlington for the last few Winters. They have been fantastic. They even prep for bigger storms ahead of time. They are also very responsive to any questions or calls that we make. I would highly recommend them. Roger Verville
