NAI United Management

NAI left a giant hole in my ceiling in the bathroom when it flooded for the FOURTH TIME, then charged me for it when I moved out. They also don’t do anything about the people who break into empty apartments and live in them. They apparently also only have one key per unit so they will not help you if you happen to lock yourself out. And the complex on Morningside Ave has only one unit that controls the heat for all of the other apartments in that building so you have no way of controlling or accessing the heat.

Nic and the team at NAI United are doing a great job managing my rental units. They are professional, friendly, and get the job done quickly. The communication is amazing! So responsive! They answer phones and email promptly. I’m never left in the dark as to what is going on with my properties. They take care of what needs to get done quickly. My experience has been very positive and pleasant!

I had lived in the military housing units in Sioux City for 2 1/2 years before these guys took over the management. When I moved out they refused to give me back my deposit of 700.They said that there was smoking in the unit. I explain to them that I did not smoke and I do not allow smoking in my home due to being allergic to smoke. Then they had charged me 649.95 for 4 nails in the wall that were put in their way before I moved in. And I tried to explain to them that I don’t use nails are use command strips. Fell on deaf ears and they’re still keeping my 700 dollar deposit. That is 1,400 of easy money for them. These guys are true scam artists.

The management team here are scammers and will not give any type of notice or proof of evidence of charging people things such as late fees for rent even if it is paid on time. There is a for sale sign at one of their properties and none of the residents are being notified that they are selling the property. Very horrible company to rent from if renting especially taking advantage of innocent people.

I called yesterday to inquire about viewing a apartment listed for rent, I was told that I had to do an application and someone would schedule a time for me to see the place. I end up paying a application fee for an apartment that I have not seen nor said ai actually want, they told me to go and look at pictures online that doesn't exist and refused to show the place after I've already paid the fee. Let's not mention they have ran a full background and credit checked without even showing the place to me. This is the worst experience ever had I do have text message proof do not do an application for these people 😡
