Tried to rent a beautiful home for a family vacation, but Myers Realty "double-booked" the property. After being contacted 11 days after booking by a rental agent, it took four phone calls over two days to initiate the refund process. Now, we are waiting "up to 15 days" for the refund to post to our account and searching for a new property to rent for a vacation that was scheduled in two weeks. Communication was poor, and the effort to help find a resolution to their error was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend!

Myers Realty managed our properties for the past several years and when it came time to sell they got them listed and sold quickly. They graciously coordinated maintenance when needed and assisted with recommendations and referrals for some of the bigger things that can happen with a property on the island.

Our stay at Myers Cottage was very relaxing. Owners were accommodating and provided lots of upfront information about the area. The cottage was clean, charming and had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the rooftop deck in the evening for a sunset view. Walking distance to everything. Checkin was easy. Carol Myers is the best to work with. Enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return!

Wonderful People! The home we rented was great, but the hospitality we received was far greater. We had an issue with our freezer during the stay and Carol was able to come out and quickly and effectively fix the problem. She was so kind and helpful! Lisa in the office is hands down one of the best! My daughter left an item and Lisa did everything she could to find the item and safely return it. She went above and beyond and treated us like her own family!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a property.

Carol Myers of Myers Realty has been our property manager for our Seafoam beach house for 6 years . Our guest bookings grow every year with repeat renters due to the professionalism of Carol and her team . I know that our beach house and guests will be well looked after. Carol and her team gave me daily updates as hurricane Florence came to Topsail. Our house was one of the first to have its roof covered due to lost roofing, saving us the cost of water damage.
