I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Jodi! She worked with me on a land purchase in Hampstead, NC. I've bought and sold homes but never land. It's very different! She knew all the local architects, departments, builders, etc. Rather than immediately get into contract and be subject to losing a due diligence fee, I asked Jodi to negotiate an agreement with the Seller that would allow me to perform my survey and obtain health department septic approval to confirm how many bedrooms I could build.
